Over the Christmas and New Year period, Meta Eagle will be operating a slightly reduced working pattern. This allows our team time to rest and recharge, while still ensuring that essential services remain available where they are most needed.
Below you will find our Christmas opening hours and support arrangements.
Christmas & New Year Opening Hours
Our office will close on Monday, 22nd December and reopen on Monday, 5th January. During this period, our availability will be as follows:
Tuesday 23rd December: Business as usual
Wednesday 24th December: 09:00 – 13:00
Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
Monday 29th December: Business Critical Support only
Tuesday 30th December: Business Critical Support only
Wednesday 31st December: Business Critical Support only
Thursday 1st January (New Year’s Day): Closed
Friday 2nd January 2026: Business as usual
During the days marked as Business Critical Support, our team will be available to respond to urgent incidents that could significantly impact operations, security, or compliance. This ensures continuity for essential services while maintaining a responsible and sustainable holiday schedule for our engineers.
